Julien's Auctions is to be hosting an auction for Music Rising, a campaign co-founded by U2's The Edge, producer Bob Ezrin and Gibson Guitar Chairman and CEO Henry Juszkiewicz in 2005 to aid musicians of the Gulf Coast Region in regaining their livelihood after the devastation of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. $1,000 gets you in to this private auction event/concert and the privilege to blow your money on prizes such as some of The Edge's (of U2) previous worn sneakers or knit cap, or perhaps Bill Clinton's Sax. Although, Jimi Hendrix's old Fender Mustang looks like a cool prize!
